What Is Our Endurance Program?

We offer specified programming dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. Our Endurance programming integrates high reps with low barbell weights and/or body weight for longer periods of time in order to burn calories while increasing strength…we make your lungs burn. But we make you happy! Endurance Classes are offered along side our CrossFit Classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
