We do this by following our mantra and mission statement… which is to be a force of change and the epicenter of support inside and outside of the box by providing the highest level of services to the BackCountry CrossFit Community.

About BackCountry CrossFit

BackCountry CrossFit is a local, family owned strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals of all levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Our workouts are fun, fast-paced and designed to provide maximum results under the supervision of our CrossFit Certified Coaches. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from seniors and children to professional athletes (we have trained NFL, NHL, MLB athletes) and everything in between.

Our facility is located at 221 W County Line Road, Littleton, CO 80129. After a year long renovation, we have an updated place to call home. BCCF offers 5 bathrooms and 2 showers, Kid Zone, The “Meow Lounge”, “The #Dungeon for open gym and accessory use, and lastly an outdoor rig. We welcome you to a tour!

BackCountry CrossFit West is a local individually owned strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals of all levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Our workouts are fun, fast-paced and designed to provide maximum results under the supervision of our CrossFit Certified Coaches. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness with an unmatched community.

Our facility is located at 2196 W Bowles Ave Suite 2B, Littleton, CO 80123. With a new partnership between Decima CF and BCCF and a short break to refresh the space, we now have an amazing place for our community to call home. BCCF West offers a state of the art facility, excellent coaches and a welcoming atmosphere to begin or continue your fitness journey.

How to get started?

• If you are New to CrossFit, we offer two ways to start your CrossFit journey: 1) Walk in for a free Beginner Class! Check out our class times on our schedules. Arrive 10 mins before the class to sign a waiver and chat with a coach and get settled. Alternatively, you may pre-register for the class but it is not required. Not ready for class? 2) Register for a No Sweat Intro. The No Sweat Intro is a brief meet up, set up through our scheduling system, and allows a one-on-one conversation onsite. We will answer questions and provide an overview of how BCCF/WEST operates and what to expect. No pressure, no obligation. Click the Free Intro button or fill out the form!
• If you are Experienced, we welcome to view our class schedule and either register for a free trial, or walk-in. If you walk-in, please arrive 5-10 mins before class to sign a waiver, meet the coach, and get settled. Click the Free Intro Button or fill out the form!

Drop-Ins/Visiting Athletes

• We welcome visiting, experienced athletes any time. You may register online (confirmations often go to spam) or walk-in! Please arrive 10 min before class begins to check out with coach, sign a waiver, get settled.

Membership

• Our memberships are month-to-month on autopay.
• Upgrades: you may upgrade your membership type any time. A coach can help you at the front desk or via email.
• Downgrades: we are happy to downgrade your membership on your renewal date. Please request downgrades either in person or via email 3 days prior to your renewal date.
• *If you request via email, please send to your home gym email address.

BCCF/WEST Class Pass

• Full time members are welcome to 4 classes at your alternative location each calendar month. Special events will not go against your 4 classes. Ask the coach for a card for a “punch card” and check in with the coach at the alternative location.

Holds

• BCCF offers holds for injury, illness, and pregnancy. Holds “freeze” your membership wherever you are in your cycle. Holds may not exceed 3 months however extended holds are offered based on individual circumstances. We do not allow holds for personal/holiday travel. Hold requests must be emailed with your reason for request, start date, and end date. You will receive a confirmation email with details of how the hold will end, etc.

Cancellation Policy

• Requests to cancel must be emailed to Lauren (BCCF) -or- Loni (WEST), 5 days prior to your renewal date. All requests for cancellation are confirmed. Please check your junk/spam if you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours. Otherwise, we may not have received your email and your cancellation may not occur.
• If your request is not made within 5 days of your renewal and a refund is offered, you will be subject to a 6% service fee.
• Nutrition cancellations are sent directly to Robin.
