
You will start with our Foundations Classes.
Foundations classes are designed to run at a slower pace, providing a supportive environment where you can focus on learning the fundamental movements with proper technique. You’ll also learn how to modify workouts to suit your current skill level and fitness. These sessions help you become comfortable with how classes are structured, so you’ll feel confident and prepared as you transition into regular classes.
**Foundations classes are required for those new to CrossFit.
For those with 3+ months experience at a CrossFit Affiliate.
“Experienced CrossFitters” can complete the workout without explanation of technical movements and know how to modify to their skill and fitness level. If you have more than 3 months experience, (or have recently completed an onboarding program at a CrossFit affiliate) we’d love to have you join us!
