Join our CrossFit Teens program at our gym in Littleton. This CrossFit foundations class is designed for teens and incorporates barbells, advanced movements, and loads appropriate for each individual’s developmental and skill level. It’s an excellent program for student athletes, whether in or off-season, addressing all 10 of the general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance.
