We are a 13,500 square foot dedicated CrossFit facility in the heart of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. We are located at 8990 Barrons Blvd #102. We have 4 large Rogue pull-up stations, 19 Concept II Rowers, 50 olympic bars, 70 kettlebells, 80 medicine balls, 63 slam balls, 45 plyo boxes, 40 sets of rings, 7000 pounds of bumper plates, 8 Rogue Echo Bikes, 9 Climbing Ropes, Brute Force Sandbags and Brute Balls and much more! Our goal is to make sure an athlete always has their own equipment and enough space to be able to do the WODs at the same time with no waits and plenty of room for safety.
BackCountry CrossFit is a local, family owned strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals of all levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Our workouts are fun, fast-paced and designed to provide maximum results under the supervision of our CrossFit Certified Coaches. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from seniors and children to professional athletes (we have trained NFL, NHL, MLB athletes) and everything in between.

Great Coaching is what makes a box. Our job is to teach, motivate and most importantly create a fun and safe environment. In order to do this at the highest level, we employ Full-Time coaches. We have full-time coaches whose only job is coaching CrossFit! To us, CrossFit is not a hobby…This is our full-time professional occupation. It is imperative to us that our coaches continue their CrossFit training and education through certifications, as well as compete at the sport of CrossFit. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. We train incredibly hard; harder than most thought they were capable of…everyday our athletes break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our training is intense, and it creates a bond among members that can’t be manufactured. Together we sweat, we expose weaknesses and we get stronger. The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At BackCountry there are no egos and no room for bad attitudes. Those types of people just don’t last here.
