
At Backcountry CrossFit, our classes are designed to help you train hard, move well, and become part of a supportive fitness community. Our CrossFit in Littleton combines endurance, weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity cardio into one effective strength and conditioning program.

Each class begins with a quick overview of the workout, movements, intended stimulus, and available modifications. From there, your coach leads the group through a warm-up, movement review, and progressions so you feel prepared before the workout begins.
Once everyone is ready, it’s 3, 2, 1… GO. You’ll be challenged to give your best effort while still training safely and at the right level for your current abilities.
CrossFit is effective because it uses a wide variety of training methods to build complete fitness. Workouts may include strength training, conditioning, gymnastics skills, functional movements, and cardio-based challenges.
