Build Strength, Confidence, and Athletic Performance

Our CrossFit Pre-Teens / Teens program is for athletes ages 13-17 who want to improve strength, fitness, and overall athletic performance. Using the CrossFit methodology, teens learn proper movement mechanics while building confidence in a supportive and coach-led environment.

Whether your teen participates in sports or simply wants to stay active, this program provides a fun and effective way to develop healthy habits and improve overall fitness.

Our teen athletes from Littleton, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Southglenn, and other nearby communities come to Backcountry CrossFit to develop strength, athleticism, and confidence in a positive training environment.

Training for Every Athlete

CrossFit Teens incorporates functional movements, barbells, and skill work that are appropriate for each athlete’s age, experience, and developmental level. The program helps improve strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, agility, coordination, balance, and overall athleticism.

Our goal is to help teens become stronger, more confident, and better prepared for both sports and everyday life.
