June 3-June 27 / July 8 – August 1 Designed to keep youth active, healthy, and energized during the summer break with two options tailored to general fitness or student athletes.

Get ready to sweat and thrive in our Summer Teen Fitness Program! Designed to keep youth active, healthy, and energized during the sun-soaked months, our program offers two exciting options tailored to teens’ fitness goals:

  1. General Fitness Option: Dive into a well-rounded fitness experience that’s perfect for teens looking to boost their overall health and wellness. From cardio workouts to strength training and flexibility exercises, our expert instructors will guide you through fun and engaging sessions hour long sessions that will leave you feeling stronger and more confident.
  2. Sports Improvement Option: Are you a dedicated student athlete looking to take your performance to the next level? Our advanced option is tailored specifically for you. With a focus on sport-specific training, speed and agility drills, and advanced strength and conditioning techniques, this option will help you sharpen your skills, enhance your athleticism, and dominate your game. Includes:
    • 🏋️‍♂️ CrossFit and Weightlifting Classes on Saturdays: Experience the power and intensity of CrossFit workouts and the precision of Olympic weightlifting techniques. Led by experienced coaches, these Saturday sessions will challenge your strength, agility, and endurance, helping you build a solid foundation for athletic excellence.
    • 🏋️‍♂️ Sunday Open Gym: Take advantage of our open gym sessions on Sundays to fine-tune your skills, work on personal goals, or simply enjoy some extra practice time in our state-of-the-art facilities. Whether you’re honing your technique or pushing your limits, our supportive environment is the perfect place to excel.
    • 💡 Before and After Body Composition Analysis: Measure your progress with our comprehensive body composition analysis, available at the beginning and end of the program. Track changes in muscle mass, body fat percentage, and overall fitness levels, empowering you to set new goals and celebrate your achievements.

No matter which option you choose, all workouts will be programmed with teens in mind, striving to improve all aspects of physical performance including cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance.  All aspects of class will be coached by a certified coach, including a warm-up, strength, conditioning, and a cool down. You’ll be part of a supportive community of peers, led by experienced coaches who are passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals.   • Monday – Thursday 
    • 1-2pm Teen Fitness
    • 2-3pm Sports Improvement


  • Teen Fitness $125
  • Sports Improvement for Student Athletes $175 (includes access to Saturday CrossFit classes and Open Gym on Saturday and Sunday, optional before and after body composition scan)
  • Complete Session 1 and get Session 2 for 25% off
