How to get started?

• If you are New to CrossFit, we offer two ways to start your CrossFit journey: 1) Walk in for a free Beginner Class! Check out our class times on our schedules. Arrive 10 mins before the class to sign a waiver and chat with a coach and get settled. Alternatively, you may pre-register for the class but it is not required. Not ready for class? 2) Register for a No Sweat Intro. The No Sweat Intro is a brief meet up, set up through our scheduling system, and allows a one-on-one conversation onsite. We will answer questions and provide an overview of how BCCF/WEST operates and what to expect. No pressure, no obligation. Click the Free Intro button or fill out the form!
• If you are Experienced, we welcome to view our class schedule and either register for a free trial, or walk-in. If you walk-in, please arrive 5-10 mins before class to sign a waiver, meet the coach, and get settled. Click the Free Intro Button or fill out the form!

Drop-Ins/Visiting Athletes

• We welcome visiting, experienced athletes any time. You may register online (confirmations often go to spam) or walk-in! Please arrive 10 min before class begins to check out with coach, sign a waiver, get settled.

• Access to WODs (Workout of the Day), Mon-Fri. Saturday classes are coaches choice and not posted.

Membership

• Our memberships are month-to-month on autopay.
• Upgrades: you may upgrade your membership type any time. A coach can help you at the front desk or via email.
• Downgrades: we are happy to downgrade your membership on your renewal date. Please request downgrades either in person or via email 3 days prior to your renewal date.
• *If you request via email, please send to your home gym email address.

BCCF/WEST Class Pass

• Full time members are welcome to 4 classes at your alternative location each calendar month. Special events will not go against your 4 classes. Ask the coach for a card for a “punch card” and check in with the coach at the alternative location.

Holds

• BCCF offers holds for injury, illness, and pregnancy. Holds “freeze” your membership wherever you are in your cycle. Holds may not exceed 3 months however extended holds are offered based on individual circumstances. We do not allow holds for personal/holiday travel. Hold requests must be emailed with your reason for request, start date, and end date. You will receive a confirmation email with details of how the hold will end, etc.

Cancellation Policy

• Requests to cancel must be emailed to Robin (BCCF) -or- Loni (WEST), 5 days prior to your renewal date. All requests for cancellation are confirmed. Please check your junk/spam if you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours. Otherwise, we may not have received your email and your cancellation may not occur.
• If your request is not made within 5 days of your renewal and a refund is offered, you will be subject to a 6% service fee.
• Nutrition cancellations are sent directly to Robin.
