Brian and Lauren, the second-generation proprietors of BCCF since 2018, have fostered a deep connection with BackCountry CrossFit for over a decade. Their journey with CrossFit has not only sculpted their health and physical vitality but has also ignited a fervent desire to empower others. Within the tight-knit BCCF family, they’ve found a community like no other, where their aspiration is to catalyze transformative experiences for every member. Outside the gym, Brian and Lauren are devoted parents to four children, cherishing their faith, family bonds, and adventures in travel.
